Toning
On Saturdays at the end of the regular Zumba class we are doing 3 songs for toning. It takes less than 15 minutes to do each week and will provide you will overall toning in your body. Since currently we are only able to do it once a week, it's important to add one to two extra days of toning to overall reshape your body. So, I have video taped and downloaded the songs so you can add those extra days at your convenience. Here is the leg workout. It's to the song Mercy by Duffy. Please make sure you have less than 3 pound weights starting out and be really careful with your form. It's important for your knees to stay behind your toes and for your booty to go back like you are using a public restroom.
